Main contractor Collen Construction appointed McLoughlin Industrial Flooring as the resin flooring contractor at the newly built Primary Care Centre Development in Bray. The new two storey topdeck car park were built to facilitate easy access to the centre and ensure the safety and security for patients and visitors.

2,200m2 trafficable waterproofing system for a topdeck.

Our Solution

Sikafloor® MultiFlex PB-56 was the system chosen which is a broadcast high elastic polyurethane floor coving  with UV sealer. This system is mainly used on heavy duty and industrial projects, such as car parks, production and cleanroom areas, and storage areas.

Sikafloor® MultiFlex systems are known for their higher elasticity which allows for crack-bridging designs. Combining durability with a flawless finish, Sikafloor® MultiFlex provided the perfect solution for the Primary Care Centre.
