How to remove concrete spills, waste and mortar from a driveway?
Sika® Brick & Patio Cleaner is an acid-based cleaning solution for brickwork and patios designed to remove concrete splashes, cement residue and mortar stains from driveways, paving and brickwork. It helps restore the appearance of the surface without the need for aggressive scrubbing.
First, sweep away any loose dirt and debris. Apply the product with a brush or spray, working it well into any stains. Leave it for 15-20 minutes. Use a hard bristle brush to remove any stains. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, preferable with a hose, before the product dries.

How to repair paths, kerbs and steps?
Sika MonoTop®-112 MultiUse Repair is a concrete repair mortar that is designed to restore damaged concrete on paths, kerbs and other concrete surfaces. It provides a durable repair that resists wear from everyday use.
Mix the product with a low speed hand drill mixer with the recommended amount of water as stated on the Product Data Sheet. Thoroughly wet the surface to improve adhesion, taking care to ensure surface pores or pits do not contain pools of water. Apply the mortar with a trowel. First make a scratch coat by firmly scrapping the repair mortar over the substrate surface to form a thin layer. Build up layers from bottom to top by pressing the mortar well into the repair area. The surface can be finished with a sponge trowel a few minutes after application as soon as the mortar starts to stiffen.

Sikadur®-31+ is a structural bonding and concrete repair adhesive designed for repairing damaged concrete on paths, kerbs and steps. It bonds strongly to concrete surfaces, helping to restore chipped edges, cracks and broken sections.
Mix the product according to the instructions as stated on the Product Data Sheet. Apply the mixed adhesive to the prepared surfaces with a spatula, trowel or by gloved hand. Use temporary formwork as required.

How to repair damaged walls?
Sika MonoTop®-112 MultiUse Repair is a concrete repair mortar that restores damaged concrete walls, providing a long-lasting, durable repair.

How to revive the look of old tarmac?
Sika® Tarmac Restorer is a tarmac surface treatment designed to rejuvenate faded, old tarmac driveways by restoring their original dark colour and protecting against weathering, spills and weed growth.
Stir the product well before and during use. Apply in dry weather with a brush or long pile roller in an event coat across the entire surface. Apply 2 coats, allowing 4 hours between each.

How to remove mould and algae from a driveway?
Sika® MouldBuster is a powerful solution for removing algae, mould and green growth from driveways, paths and paved areas. It helps to restore appearance and protect against regrowth.
Wear suitable protective clothing when diluting and applying e.g. gloves, eye protection and face protection. Do not use the product if rain is expected within 5-6 hours of application. Dilute 1 part Sika® MouldBuster with 4 parts water in a watering can or a low-pressure sprayer. Apply the diluted mix directly onto the affected surface ensuring the entire area is saturated. Leave the solution to dry. The product works over several weeks to kill and remove mould and algae, results will begin to be seen within days. Remove any stubborn growths by lightly brushing them away once dead.

How to seal block paving and pathways?
Sika® Path & Patio Sealer is a solution for sealing patios, paving and stonework that protects block paving, paths and patios from green growth, staining and general weathering. It helps preserve the appearance of the surface and extend its lifespan.
Stir or shake the product thoroughly before use. Do not apply if rain is expected within 5 hours. Apply evenly using a long-pile roller, brush or low-pressure garden spray. Allow at least 1 hour between coats if applying more than 1 coat. Very porous substrates, like concrete and some stones, may require 2 coats, while for low porosity substrates, like dense block paving, 1 coat is usually sufficient.

How to seal a concrete driveway?
Sika® Dustproofer & Concrete Hardener is a concrete coating for hardening and dustproofing new and old concrete driveways. It improves durability and protects against wear.
Stir well before use. Clean the driveway before applying the product. Apply by brush or spray at a rate of 1 litre per 5 square metres. Work it well into the surface. Apply a second coat after 24 hours. Allow the second coat to dry for 24 hours, then hose down the entire area with cold, clean water to remove any surplus material.

Sikafloor® ProSeal W is a curing and sealing compound for concrete. It seals and protects concrete driveways helping to reduce dusting, improve durability and extend the life of the surface.
Prepare the concrete according to the instructions on the Product Data Sheet. Stir the product thoroughly for 2 minutes with an electric stirrer at a low speed. Apply the product in a continuous, even film using a low-pressure spray unit, brush or roller. Wait for the first coat to dry tack-free. To achieve the highest visual aesthetics and performance, apply a second coat.
