How to install wood floors?
SikaBond® Wood Flooring Adhesive is a flexible wood flooring adhesive designed for securely bonding wooden flooring to all common substrates. It provides a strong and flexible bond that accommodates natural movement, helping to prevent gaps, lifting or creaking over time.
Prepare the substrate according to the specific instructions on the Product Data Sheet.
To apply the product with a gun, cut off the tip of the sausage and place it into a suitable cartridge. Cut off the top of the cartridge nozzle flat to leave an 8 mm opening. Cut a V shaped profile down into nozzle to a depth of approximately 10 mm. Fix nozzle and place cartridge into a sealant gun. Hold the gun at 90 degrees to the floor and extrude triangular shaped beads, approximately 8 mm wide and 10 mm high at 250 mm centres at right angles to the length of the plank. Place the wooden plank into position while the adhesive is still tacky and tap the plank into its final position with a mallet and block.
To apply the product using a trowel, open 1 foil pack at a time and spread the contents of the foil pack evenly with a suitable notched trowel at no less than 0.6 kg per square metre. Do not spread more adhesive than can be covered in 30 minutes. Place the wood planks into position while the adhesive is still tacky and tap into final position with a mallet and block.

SikaBond®-52 Wood Floor is a wood floor bonding adhesive for bonding wood floors using the beaded application method. It has excellent workability, is fast curing and is suitable for all common types of wood floors.
Prepare the substrate according to the specific instructions on the Product Data Sheet. Insert the sausage into the gun, extrude a triangular shaped bead of adhesive approximately 10 mm high and 8 mm wide at maximum 250 mm centres on the prepared subfloor. Press the wood pieces firmly into the adhesive at right angles to the adhesive beads. The elements can then be joined together using a hammer and an impact block.

SikaBond®-54 Wood Floor is a professional wood floor adhesive for bonding both solid and engineered wood floors. It's fast curing, has excellent workability and is especially suitable for problematic woods such as beech, maple and bamboo.
Ensure the substrate is level, firm, clean and dry before laying. Apply the adhesive with a notched trowel. Do not spread more adhesive than can be covered in 60 minutes. Place the wood planks into position while the adhesive is still tacky and tap into final position with a mallet and block.
How to fix skirting boards and other objects?
Sika® Multi Stick is a high strength grab adhesive with incredible initial grab, high bonding strength and excellent adhesion to all substrates.
Cut the tip of the cartridge, fix the nozzle, cut it to the desired size and apply using a standard C4 sealant gun. For lightweight items apply the adhesive to back of the item in one or two continuous beads and press it immediately into place. For bonding heavy items apply the adhesive all the way around the edge of the item 30-50 mm from the edge and cover the back with beads of adhesive at 300 mm intervals.

Sika® Stixall® is a hybrid adhesive and sealant that can bond virtually all materials to anything. It has excellent initial grab making it perfect for fixing skirting boards and other objects.
Cut the tip of the cartridge, fix the nozzle, cut it to the desired size and apply with a standard sealant gun. For lightweight items apply the adhesive to back of the item in one or two continuous beads and press it immediately into place. For bonding heavy items apply the adhesive all the way around the edge of the item 30-50 mm from the edge and cover the back with beads of adhesive at 300 mm intervals.

Sika® Pinkgrip® is a direct bond gap filling adhesive for fixing skirting boards, panels and other interior objects without the need for nails or screws. It provides excellent initial grab and a strong, durable bond. It has excellent gap-filling properties to accommodate uneven surfaces.
Apply using a standard sealant gun. Cut the tip of the cartridge, cut the nozzle cleanly at an angle of 45 degree and pierce the membrane. Apply a 6 mm bead in a zigzag along the length of the item to be fixed. Press into place and apply an even pressure onto the entire surface. Leave to cure for 24-48 hours.

How to seal and fill cracks prior to decorating?
SikaSeal® One Hour Caulk is a fast drying decorators’ caulk that is perfect for filling cracks and gaps before painting or wallpapering. It dries quickly, allowing you to decorate after just 1 hour, while creating a smooth, professional finish.
Apply using a standard sealant gun. Cut the tip of the cartridge, apply the nozzle and cut it cleanly at an angle of 45 degrees with an opening slightly larger than the gap to be filled. Keep an even pressure on the gun trigger and keep the gun at a constant angle to the surface being sealed. EVERBUILD® JETCEM® PLASTER is a high strength patching plaster for filling holes and damaged areas in interior walls. It sets quickly to create a smooth, durable surface that can be painted or wallpapered, making it ideal for fast patching repairs.
In a clean bucket add 2.5 parts powder to 1 part of clean cold water and mix immediately to form a smooth paste. The mixed plaster will remain workable for 30-40 minutes. Smooth the plaster over the repair with a trowel. Finish with a wet knife. If you would like to sand the surface of the plaster, fill the hole slightly proud to allow for sanding down.

How to bond wood panels to walls?
Sikaflex®-11 FC Purform® is a versatile adhesive and joint sealant that provides a high-strength, durable bond for fixing wood panels to walls.
After the necessary substrate preparation according to the Product Data Sheet, insert the cartridge or foil pack into a sealant gun. Apply the adhesive in triangular beads, strips or spots at intervals of a few centimetres each. Press the object firmly into place before skinning of the adhesive occurs.

How to seal a window?
Sikaseal®-174 is a silicone sealant for window and door frames. It creates a flexible, weather-resistant seal around windows that prevents drafts, moisture ingress and heat loss.
Apply masking tape where neat or exact joint lines are required. Prime the surface as recommended in substrate preparation section of the Product Data Sheet. Open the seal on the top of the cartridge, fit the nozzle and cut it to the desired size. Insert the product into the caulking gun. Apply the sealant into the joint ensuring that it comes into full contact with the sides of the joint and avoiding any air entrapment. As soon as possible after application, tool the sealant firmly against the joint sides to ensure adequate adhesion and a smooth finish.

How to seal around a door frame?
Sikaflex®-11 FC Purform® is a versatile adhesive and joint sealant that provides a flexible, durable seal that can accommodate movement around door frames.

How to apply a plaster key?
Sika® Blue Grit is an extra grip plaster bonding agent that creates a textured surface that improves adhesion for plaster on smooth walls and surfaces. It ensures a strong bond.
Use only 1 coat of the product. Stir well before use. Apply using a short pile roller or brush to give an even coating. Allow to dry for 6 hours minimum before applying plaster.

How to protect my carpet while painting or decorating?
EVERBUILD® ROLL & STROLL® Premium Carpet Protector is a self-adhesive carpet protector that is designed to keep carpets clean and dry during painting and decorating. It protects against the paint spills, mess and dirt that occur during painting, plastering and general building and repair work, while staying firmly in place without wrinkling or moving.
Ensure the carpet is clean, dry and dust free. Place roll on the floor facing the direction it is to be applied and unwind approximately 12 inches (300 mm) of material. Ensure the roll is stuck by smoothing out by either hand or foot. Simply push roll forward using hands or feet ensuring roll goes in a straight line. Smooth out with hands or feet as it unwinds. You can also push the roll along with a soft broom/brush using the brush to smooth out and remove air bubbles as it unwinds.

How to bond objects without drilling?
EVERBUILD® MAMMOTH® POWERFUL GRIP TAPE is a strong double sided tape designed for fixing objects to walls and other indoor surfaces without the need for nails, screws or drilling.
Ensure surfaces to which tape is to be applied are clean, sound and dry. Non-porous surfaces must be de-greased with white spirit and allowed to dry before application. Remove outer packaging from roll of tape. Peel required amount of tape from roll pressing firmly into place whilst unrolling. Carefully peel off backing paper from tape. Press item to be bonded firmly into place with even pressure. A secure bond will be formed immediately however full bond strength will be achieved after 48 hours.

How to install plasterboard?
Sika® Pinkgrip Dryfix® FR is a foam plasterboard adhesive designed for fixing plasterboard directly to walls. It provides strong adhesion with excellent grab, helping to speed up plasterboard installation while eliminating the need for nails or screws.
Sika® PinkGrip® Dry Fix FR must only be applied using the Sika® Pinkgrip Dryfix® Applicator Gun. Shake the can well before use (20 times) and ocasionally during use. Only apply in the tmeprature range +2 °C to +25 °C. Turn can upside down and screw gun carefully onto the black adaptor of the can. Apply the adhesive to the back of the plasterboard, position the board against the wall and press firmly into place.

EVERBUILD® Constructa-Pro is a multi-purpose adhesive foam that can be used to fix plasterboard to walls. It provides strong adhesion to common building materials including stone, concrete blocks, brick, wood, metal and more.
Moisten the surfaces to be joined with water as this assists the curing process. Always use with the can upside down. The trigger should be depressed gently to control the foam release. Apply the adhesive foam to the plasterboard, position the plasterboard onto the wall and press firmly into place
