How to seal joints?

Sikaflex®-11 FC+

Joint sealant and multi-purpose adhesive. Sikaflex-11 FC+ is a one part, moisture curing, elastic joint sealant and multi-purpose adhesive based on polyurethane. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

How to level the surface?

EVERBUILD® FEB® 708 Febflor Universal

Fast setting - sets in 2 hours
Can be overlaid after 8 hours
Up to 6mm in depth in one coat

Enhanced flow properties coupled with long open time giving easy trowelling

Sikafloor®-245 Level Deep Fill Ultra

Thick bed levelling and resurfacing compound

Deep filling up to 50mm (60mm filled) in one application
Extremely low shrinkage

How to grout the tiles?

EVERBUILD® 730 Universal Flexible Grout

a cementitious wall & floor tile grout for joints up to 15mm wide

Excellent water resistance.
With added polymer for improved flexibility
Fills joints from 3-15mm
Excellent crush & flexural strength.
Resists mould growth for up to 10 years (simulated ageing)
Interior/exterior use.

One-component cementitious mortar, fibre-reinforced for flexible waterproofing and concrete protection

One-component product, only water needs to be added
Adjustable consistency, easy to apply by brush or trowel
Good sag resistance and easy to apply, even on vertical surfaces
Good crack-bridging ability
Very good adhesion on many substrates including concrete, cement mortars, stone, masonry
Can be applied on damp substrates
