How to repair cracks in a facade?
Sikadur®-33 is a structural epoxy adhesive that can be used for sealing cracks in concrete and masonry.
Unscrew and remove the cap from the cartridge, pull out the plug and screw on the static mixer. Place the cartridge into the gun and squeeze the product directly into the cracks.
Refer to the Product Data Sheet for detailed application instructions.
Sikadur® Crack Repair Kit is a concrete crack repair system for repairing and sealing small cracks in concrete and masonry facades.
Follow the instructions on the Product Data Sheet to prepare the injection resin and applicator tool for application. Apply the resin to the base of the injection ports and fix them to the crack. Apply the resin over the crack between the injection ports. Use wooden applicator to smooth the surface. Leave to cure. Inject resin into the lowest port. When resin begins to flow from the adjacent port, close off the first port and disconnect the injection cartridge hose. Reconnect injection cartridge hose to the second port. Inject resin until resin starts to flow from the third port. Repeat the process working along the length of the crack until the complete crack has been injected. Leave to cure fully. Using a grinder or similar appropriate tools remove the injection ports and crack sealer.

How to fill voids around doors and windows?
Sika Boom®-180 is a general purpose expanding foam designed to fill gaps and voids around doors and windows. It is simple and easy to apply with its applicator nozzle making it ideal for DIY projects.
Pre-dampen the substrate with clean water. This ensures that the foam cures properly and also prevents unwanted foam expansion. Shake the canister well for a minimum 20 times before use (you must shake the canister again if not used for a long period). Screw the nozzle firmly onto the thread of the valve without pressing the trigger or the valve. To ensure proper flow, hold the canister upside down while dispensing. Dispense the foam by pressing the trigger. Allow each layer to expand and harden sufficiently before pre-dampening with water again for next layer application. Fill deep joints in several layers. Fill smaller voids and cavities only partially as the foam expands during curing.
Refer to the Product Data Sheet for detailed application instructions.
Sika Boom®-580 is a polyurethane expanding foam that fills and seals gaps around window and door frames while also helping to improve thermal and acoustic insulation. It is applied with a dispenser gun.

EVERBUILD THERMOFOAM® is a thermal insulation foam that is formulated to give an airtight seal to reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency in buildings. It provides excellent long term thermal and acoustic insulation.
Moisten surfaces to be sealed with water to assist in the curing process. Shake can well before use and before attaching to the gun. Remove black cap and screw gun carefully onto the black adapter of the can. Always use with the can upside down. The trigger should be depressed gently to control the foam release. Moisten released foam evenly. In large cavities moistening layer-by-layer is recommended. Inadequate wetting, and overfilling cavities, can cause undesirable subsequent foam expansion. The foam expands by around 30%. Once cured, foam can be removed with a knife or scraper.
