Superior Court of Zug Denies Appeal of SWH - Decision of First Instance Confirmed

The Superior Court of Zug (Obergericht Zug) has denied the appeal of Schenker-Winkler Holding AG (SWH) in the summary proceedings regarding the restriction of the voting rights. The decision of the first instance (Kantonsgericht Zug) was fully confirmed. Also according to this court, the issue of the restriction of the voting rights shall be decided in ordinary proceedings. The Board of Sika welcomes the decision and will analyse it in detail.
