EVERBUILD® D4 Wood Adhesive

A solvent free industrial grade D4 wood adhesive based on hybrid resin technology

EVERBUILD® D4 Wood Adhesive is a solvent free industrial grade D4 wood adhesive based on the latest hybrid resin technology. EVERBUILD® D4 Wood Adhesive provides the user with a waterproof  D4 grade wood adhesive with none of the safety issues associated with conventional  isocyanate containing (polyurethane) D4 grades. EVERBUILD® D4 Wood Adhesive can be used internally and externally and gives a high strength, water, impact and temperature resistant bond that is usually stronger than the wood itself.

Usage

Shelf Life

6 months from date of manufacture in original unopened containers.

Storage Conditions

To ensure safe storage of product, containers should be well sealed to prevent evaporation of water and the formation of skin on the surface.  The emulsion must be stored at a temperature above freezing.  A temperature of 15-23°C for not more than six months is recommended.  Higher temperatures will affect quality and cause the formation of crusts and skins, especially if the containers are not tightly closed or subjected to direct sunlight for long periods.

If these conditions cannot be met, please refer to our Technical Service Department who will advise on storage stability.
