DensDeck® Prime Roof Board
DensDeck® Prime Roof Board features a gypsum core with coated glass mat facers that are embedded on the top and bottom of the board.

Usage
DensDeck® Prime Roof Board is used as a cover board over thermal insulation in fully adhered, partially adhered or mechanically fastened single ply flat roof build-up. Please note:- The Product is not suitable for vertical parapet applications

Storage Conditions
Product must be stored in original unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry indoor conditions. If stored outside the boards must be stacked clear of the ground and covered with a polythene sheet or weatherproof tarpaulin. Boards that have become wet must be discarded. Always refer to packaging.

SUBSTRATE QUALITY
The substrate surface must be uniform, smooth and free of any sharp protrusions or burrs. The substrate must also be clean, dry and free of grease and dust.
APPLICATION
IMPORTANT
Application by trained personnel
The application of this Product must only be carried out by an applicator that is trained or approved by Sika. The applicator must also be experienced in this type of application.
IMPORTANT
Exposure to moisture
Exposure to water will negatively impact the performance of the Product. It must be kept dry before, during and after installation.
- Apply only as many boards as can be covered by roof membrane in the same day.
- Protect boards from rain penetration during breaks in the construction process.
- Discard any boards that become wet.
Application below +5 °C
Note: Special measures may be compulsory for installation below +5 °C ambient temperature due to safety requirements in accordance with national regulations.
Note: Installation of ancillary products, such as contact adhesives or cleaners is limited to temperatures above +5 °C. Refer to relevant Product Data Sheets for further information.
