New multi-storey car park for the new Terminal 2 at Dublin Airport.

Project Requirements

The project is a government high profile project. For that reason there was a big focus on the performance of the products and reputation of the supplier. Sika approached the project selling the value rather than price and relied on track record in Ireland with similar systems etc. Sika beat off the competitors with primarily the quality of the products and also the past performance. A major win for Sika was the fact that Sika could have technical support in every aspect of the building concrete,
flooring, coatings, sealing, roofing, etc. None of Sika’s competitors could offer a package to compare.
