Sikafloor® Pronto Filler

Filler for PMMA based products

Sikafloor® Pronto Filler is an inert filler which is used to bulk out Sikafloor® PMMA flooring resins.

  • Improves mechanical properties of the resin (dependant on quantity)
  • Allows for viscosity adjustment of Sikafloor® PMMA resin applications
  • Economical, easy to mix and use
  • No effect on pot life or cure rate
  • Low addition rate required to change resin viscosity
  • Inert and non-reactive

Usage

  • In combination with Sikafloor® PMMA resins
  • Preventing broadcasted sand scattered onto the resin surface from sinking down to the bottom of the layer

The product must be stored in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C. Always refer to packaging.

APPLICATION

The required amount of Sikafloor® Pronto Filler is added to the Sikafloor® PMMA resin in accordance with the appropriate System Data Sheetuntil fully mixed without any visible lumps. Refer to the individual System Data Sheet. for further information.
