Sikaplan® Walkway-40

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

5 years from date of production

The product must be stored in original, unopened and undamaged sealed packaging in dry conditions at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C. Do not stack pallets of rolls or any other material during transport or storage. Always refer to packaging.

Texturised (pyramid)

Depth of embossing: ~0,40 mm

The following products must be considered for use depending on roof design:

• Sikaplan® PVC roof waterproofing membranes

Incompatible with bitumen

-20 °C min. / +60 °C max.

-30 °C min. / +60 °C max.

Reference must be made to further documentation where applicable, such as relevant method statement, application manual and installation or working instructions.

Membrane preparation

1. Remove any loose debris.
2. Clean the PVC roof waterproofing membrane.
3. Allow surface to dry before application of the Sikaplan® Walkway-40.

Membrane application

1. Roll out product.
2. Cut to required length.
3. Allow to level out while placing into position.
4. Leave a gap of ~2 cm between each section to allow for water drainage.
5. Hot air weld onto the Sikaplan® roof waterproofing membrane.
