Penthouse Apartment Belmayne

This high specification interior was completed for the client, who chose contrasting floor finishes for the stairway and living areas. He chose the warmth
and richness of mahogany with a hard wearing, lacquered high traffic finish
for the stairs. In the living areas, oak wideplank engineered white wash oiled
and smoked boards were fitted with handscraped surface to give a modern
slate effect.

All the wood floors were bonded directly to the substrates with the proven
Sikabond®-T54 high performance, elastic timber flooring adhesive. Sikabond®-T54 is a liquid batten system that is solvent and moisture free
and will remain elastic throughout the life of the floor.
