Organic growth stands at the center of the Sika strategy. New subsidiaries were established in Kenya, Mongolia and Paraguay. Sika furthermore has invested considerable funds in the expansion of capacity, for example in Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Mexico, Mongolia, Peru, Russia and Vietnam. The emerging markets saw double-digit sales growth in 2012 and are already generating 37% of Sika's consolidated net sales.
